Join Sarah for a 3 week series focusing on understanding the alignment, opening and strength connection between our Pelvis, Hips and Spine. This warm class will focus on pelvic floor attunement, alignment and strengthening, along with postures for hip flexibility and appropriate positioning in standing poses and backbends.
The series will advance with options for deeper hip opening and backbends as we learn to position our pelvic floor in consistent and safe ways.
This series is part of your regular membership and participants may take one, two or all three classes in the series. If you are not a current unlimited member, the price per event is $20.
